Refund Policy

Last updated 3 August 2026

Fourteen days, no reason required, by email. If Sentris was not worth what you paid, say so and you get the money back.

1. The window

You can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that payment. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to justify it or take you through a retention script. One email is enough.

This applies to your first payment and to every renewal — a renewal you did not notice until the charge appeared is exactly the case this exists for.

2. How to ask

Email info@sentris.dev from the address on the account. Write “refund” somewhere in it. That is the whole process.

We reply within two business days and the refund goes back through Stripe to the card that paid. Your bank decides how long it takes from there — usually five to ten business days.

3. What happens to your account

A refund cancels the subscription. Scanning, monitoring and access to past findings stop at that point. Your scan history is not deleted immediately, so re-subscribing later picks up where you left off.

You can also cancel without a refund at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. What is not covered

Payments older than 14 days. We would rather you cancelled early than that we argued about a charge from four months ago, so the window is short and firm.

We also reserve the right to decline a refund where an account has been used in breach of the terms — scanning targets the customer was not entitled to test, in particular. That is the only exception, and it is not about the money.

5. What we do not do

We do not charge a cancellation fee, we do not require notice, and we do not make you call anyone. There is no annual lock-in to escape from, because there is no annual plan.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, including the statutory right of withdrawal where it applies to you. Where the two differ, the one that is better for you wins.
